low carb, low fat, low calorie “pizza”
The serving size was 2 but in all honesty I could only eat 1. I’m really proud of myself. Before I would have eaten 2 of these plus who knows what else and for the first time on a long time I can eat correctly portioned meals and feel full until the next one. For once everything is going right.
Every time I feel like i’m going to cheat or give up I just remind myself what I look like naked and that’s usually enough to make me stay on track.
